Well-Being Wednesday: Hydration

“Water, water, everywhere, nor any drop to drink”*…Those famous words, written over 250 years ago, convey some idea of the importance of good old H20 to us humans. Under average circumstances the body loses and needs to replace approximately 2 to 3 quarts of water daily. Luckily, many of the foods we eat, are composed primarily of water (why do you think they call it watermelon?).
Today, your cafe team will feature chef specials that help the body stay hydrated as well as refreshing spa water tasting.
